This Privacy Policy explains how Masters Marketing Agency LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the MasterVox.ai platform and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
When you create a MasterVox.ai account or use the Service, we collect:
When your customers interact with your AI agent powered by MasterVox.ai, we may collect on your behalf:
As a Client, you are the data controller for information collected from your callers. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal bases to collect and process this information.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our platform:
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information or your callers' personal information to third parties. We do not use caller information for our own marketing purposes.
The Service is powered by the following third-party providers. By using MasterVox.ai, you acknowledge that data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers as necessary to deliver the Service:
Twilio
Telephony infrastructure for inbound and outbound calls and SMS. Phone numbers, call routing, and message delivery are handled by Twilio. Call audio may be processed on Twilio's servers.
Privacy PolicyAnthropic (Claude AI)
Natural language understanding and AI conversation generation. Call transcripts and conversation context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default.
Privacy PolicyElevenLabs
Voice synthesis. The AI's spoken responses are generated by ElevenLabs' text-to-speech API. Text responses are sent to ElevenLabs to produce audio output.
Privacy PolicyDeepgram
Speech recognition. Caller audio is streamed to Deepgram for real-time transcription. Deepgram converts spoken words to text so the AI can understand and respond to callers.
Privacy PolicySupabase
Database and authentication infrastructure. Account data, call records, transcripts, and configurations are stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS.
Privacy PolicyWe may also share data with payment processors (Stripe), email delivery providers (for transactional emails), and cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase). All providers are vetted and contractually required to protect your information.
Calls processed through MasterVox.ai may be recorded for the purpose of generating transcripts, summaries, and analytics for your account. Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized users on your account.
Recording consent laws vary by jurisdiction. In two-party or all-party consent states, all parties to a call must consent to being recorded. As a Client, you are responsible for configuring your AI agents to provide legally required recording disclosures at the start of each call. MasterVox.ai provides configuration tools to add disclosure language; enabling these disclosures is your responsibility.
Callers who interact with your AI agent are communicating with an automated artificial intelligence system, not a human. Many jurisdictions require disclosure of this fact at the start of the call. MasterVox.ai recommends — and in applicable jurisdictions requires — that Clients configure their agents to identify themselves as AI at the start of each conversation.
