What does "unlimited inbound" actually mean?

All three of our plans include unlimited inbound voice minutes for typical small business use, governed by our Fair Use Policy. Most customers use under 1,500 minutes per month and never come close to the fair-use threshold. If your account ever crosses it, we'll reach out for a usage review — service is never throttled or interrupted. Outbound calling and automated dialing are billed separately per minute.

Is there a free plan or trial?

We don't offer a free tier today. The Pro plan starts at $497/month with full unlimited inbound and a 30-day money-back guarantee — try it on a real phone line and if it doesn't earn its keep we'll refund you.

What counts as inbound vs outbound?

Inbound is anyone calling your business number to reach the AI agent. Outbound is your AI agent placing calls (campaigns, follow-ups, reminders). Inbound is unlimited under fair use; outbound is metered separately at the rate card price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel from your billing portal with one click. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period. No cancellation fees.

What is white label?

What languages does the agent support?

Out of the box, every paid plan supports 30+ languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Tagalog, Arabic, and more. The agent auto-detects the caller's language on the first sentence and switches instantly. No menu prompts, no 'press 2 for Spanish'.

What is the Fair Use Policy?

Each tier has a soft fair-use threshold sized for normal small-business and agency use (Pro 1,500 / Studio 2,100 / Scale 3,000 minutes per month). Below the threshold, you pay the flat monthly rate — no per-minute counting. Above it, additional minutes are billed automatically at a flat $0.15/min on every tier. No service interruptions, no surprise bills — you'll see usage approach your threshold in the billing dashboard before any overage hits.

What does "unlimited inbound" mean exactly?

It means there's no minute counter on your monthly base — you pay the flat rate and don't worry about counting calls under typical use. The Fair Use Policy only kicks in when usage is well above what a typical small business or per-client agency does (the average MasterVox customer uses 200-500 minutes per month). When you cross the threshold, you keep working — the meter just starts above that line. Most customers never hit it.
